New or compatible products purchased from Laser Faire may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. Products returned must be in the original unopened packaging and in resalable condition. A 15% restock fee will be deducted from all refunds. Please call our customer service department at 713-683-9909, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST to set up a return or alternate solution. Returns will be promptly resolved after we receive and inspect the product.
