This policy pertains to products shipped by Laser Faire and
damaged in transit. Before returning a product please
contact us at 713-683-9909, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to
5:00 pm CST.

Laser Faire is not responsible for damages incurred in
transit; the shipping carrier is responsible for such
damages.

Damaged claims must be made to Laser Faire within 7 days
of original invoice date to ensure Laser Faire can
adequately process claim with shipping carrier. To
allow for carrier inspection, product must remain in
original packaging at the customer's site for a minimum
of 7 days after the claim is made to Laser Faire.
Failure to do so will void Laser Faire's recovery rights
and may result in charges to the customer.

Respective carrier (FedEx and UPS) will determine
validity of claim.

Upon verification of claim, product must be returned to
Laser Faire within 30 days of original invoice date, if
not, customer will be responsible for replacement
invoice.
Customer may place a new order while the carrier is
investigating the damage claim.
If product is returned to Laser Faire damaged in transit,
customer will be responsible to start claim with the
carrier.
